Who We Are

Hope Help supports parolees with serious mental illness through coordinated care and daily data insights.

This is done using the Hope Health Partners proprietary AI Hope Companion where we collect critical data daily. We then use this data to inform care givers and parole officers where to focus attention to prevent bigger problems. We have a 24-hour hotline for every parolee where the call center has each one's relapse prevention plan.

Parole Officers will have an app on their phone that tracks this data; aggregates it and shows parolees with either green, yellow, or red next to their name. The Parole Officer can click on the name to see the risky and/or noncompliant behavior. Hope Health Partners will actively track and intervene with our field based behavioral health specialists.

  • Improved quality of life (using a validated measure)

  • Recovery from mental illness

  • Reduced utilization of more costly and intrusive services including returning to a forensic setting

Our Values

Our Values are that every individual living with a severe mental illness can recover to lead a productive life. Research has shown that improving the quality of life and providing just in time care is the most effective way to reduce hospitalization or imprisonment.
